Ella Chesney is a Client Assistant at the Franklin, Tennessee branch of Baird, where she supports financial advisor Sam Sawyer. A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Ella began her journey with Baird as an intern, quickly discovering a deep appreciation for the firm’s values and culture. That experience inspired her to pursue a full-time role, where she now brings her enthusiasm and dedication to client service every day.
Originally from Middle Tennessee, Ella is passionate about giving back to the community that shaped her. Her role at Baird allows her to do just that—helping individuals and families navigate their financial journeys with care. She thrives by building strong relationships and making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
Outside of work, Ella continues her commitment to community service as the team manager and assistant coach of a girls travel soccer club. Having grown up playing both travel and school soccer, she finds joy in mentoring young athletes and supporting the next generation through the sport that shaped her own youth.
